Generational change at Ararat RSL
ARARAT RSL officially has a new leader with Frank Neulist finishing up a 25 year stint as President last weekend. At the RSL’s annual meeting, Mr Neulist thanked members for their support over quarter of a century before handing the reins to Vice President Scott Rigby.
