SES volunteers recognised for exceptional service
ARARAT VICSES volunteers have been recognised for their exceptional service to the community during one of the unit's busiest and most challenging periods over 2025. At a special ceremony at the Ararat unit headquarters, the unit was awarded the rare Commendation for Service, with 10 volunteers specifically acknowledged for the members’ response to a pair of complex multi-fatality collisions during a period of high-frequency and high-severity road crashes throughout 2025.
