Country Grocers managers Ashlee and Courtney Layley said the award was given to the supermarket for its work with the children at Ballarat Specialist School.

Children from the school aged  between 15 and 18 years old visit the store every Wednesday during term three to gain work experience and to gain confidence and what it is like to be in the work force.
